We take each client individually no matter how big or small the job is.

We price jobs competitively and would always offer a discount on multiple units.

Our efficiency was praised on numerous occasions, especially when the clients were under pressure to urgently provide a BER Cert in order to close a deal.

All our Assessors are full-time employed by our company which means every time you call you can deal with the same assessor and no assignments are being sub-contracted.

Our Assessors come from either engineering or architectural background which enables them to give you a comprehensive assessment of your building.

We are transparent with our charges. The quote you get is always “all-in” which means you are not going to get any nasty surprises when on top of your quoted fee you are charged for SEI submission and VAT.

We offer you fixed time appointments if this is important to you. Many firms will expect you to stay in all morning (or all day even) so they can turn up when it suits them. If you work normal office hours then tell us and we will visit in the early evening when you get home, or first thing in the morning so you only need take an hour or two off work. We also do weekends if that suits you.

We turn up when we said we will. If we are significantly delayed we will call you and re-schedule. We will never leave you waiting all day and not turn up. That’s a promise. Communicating with customers is important.

We keep a file on each job we ever carried out so if you want to come back with any questions we are always there to explain,  advise and support. And in most cases consultations we provide over the phone are not charged.

We provide you with a competent Advisory Report which explains things about energy efficiency so our clients understand clearly what needs to be done, and why. Customers often say things to us like “well you’re the first person who’s ever told us that!”

Many clients want to ensure that we are fully registered with SEI and the answer is yes, we are. We were audited several times by Sustainable Energy Ireland so that there’s precision and consistency to our assessments.

And last but not least because of the fact that we offer such a variety of service, larger clients have to deal with only one supplier on all their Residential, Commercial energy rating, Air Tightness and Thermal Imaging rather than looking for a different company for each job.
